You're In! You've Got Early Access to Pinterest Story Pins

It doesn't take a lot of effort to get eyes on your products if you're actively pinning on Pinterest Story Pins.

What is Pinterest

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform for finding ideas.

It's considered to be more like a search engine than a social network.

People coming to Pinterest are looking to be inspired.

They come with intent and a positive mindset. They're coming with purpose, literally looking for what to do, try or buy next.

This is what makes Pinterest so unique.

What's New on Pinterest

Story Pins are the newest way for you to share, well, your brand story .... through video, photos, images, artwork with:

  • text overlay

  • music

  • filters

On mobile . . .

Story Pins are presented as a series of image or video pages that can be tapped through, much like IG stories.

On desktop . . .

Story Pins are presented in a clickable carousel format. At the end of the Story Pin, users can react to the content they discover with a range of positive reactions like "Great idea," "Love," "Wow," and "Thanks".

Story Pins are a work in progress and aren't available to everyone yet. If you're in the US, UK, Canada, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, France, India, Indonesia, or Japan, you can request access to Story Pins in your Account settings and then select Request Access to Story Pins.

Note: Pinterest Story is a work in progress that is currently only available to people in .... Australia, UK, US, Canada, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, India, Indonesia or Japan

If you're a product-based business and you're not on already on Pinterest .... please create a Pinterest business account to assist in your brand awareness efforts.
